Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Oneirosophy Hypnotherapy, your time and commitment are valued. Each session is reserved specifically for you, and preparation begins well in advance to ensure a personalized experience.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to the full session fee.
Refunds:
Session fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Prepaid sessions or packages may be refundable only if canceled prior to the first appointment, less any applicable processing fees. Refunds are not provided for partially completed packages, but remaining sessions may be transferred or rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion.
Exceptions:
In the rare event that Oneirosophy Hypnotherapy must cancel or reschedule, you will receive the option to either reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
This policy ensures fairness, accountability, and respect for both client and practitioner time, while maintaining the integrity of the therapeutic process.
