Extended Session

This extended session allows extra time from the standard session to incorporate prolonged relaxation and guided exploration of your goals in depth allowing yourself to work through more complex patterns or concerns. We'll begin with a detailed discussion to clarify your focus, then guide you into a deep renewing state where your mind is most receptive to positive change.

The session ends with a gentle return to full awareness and a reflective debrief to integrate into your experience.

Past Life Regression
